Address Changes

PO Boxes


We can deliver to PO Box addresses, but tracking may be limited depending on the courier.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Recipient Unavailable


If you are not available to receive your delivery:


  • The courier will leave a "Sorry we missed you" card


  • The parcel will be held at the local depot or post office


  • You will have a specified time period to collect it


  • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges

Incorrect Address


If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Redelivery charges will apply


  • Refunds will not include original shipping costs

Refusal of Delivery

10. Lost or Damaged in Transit

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost:


  • We will send a replacement free of charge, or

Damaged Parcels

  • Accept the parcel and note the damage with the courier


  • Take photos of the damaged packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
